Macca vs Hobson II was a white wash but in te first fight I had Hobson up by a round at the final bell. I can not remember my exact scores but I can remember feeling that Hobson had done enough to win. How did you guys have it?

If Macca loses will be get the final part of the trilogy?

    Macca vs Hobson III. :hey

I thought a late knockdown just about gave Enzo the edge if I remember correctly. Excellent fight- I really rate Hobson he should be Euro champ at least.

He's a good bloke Hobson. Hopefully he will get back going with his career and Euro level champ is not behond him.

I had the closer rounds going to Hobson and scored it very tight. I did not cry robbery because I could see the decision going either way but my scorecard left Hobson one round up considering I gave him the last two I think.

I had Hobson winning by two points and felt it was quite an easy fight to score. Watched it again recently and had it exactly the same - Hobson by two. The knockdown in the 3rd tightened the score up, that's all. Hobson outboxed Maccarinelli in most rounds and had him badly hurt in the 2nd and a couple of others.

I think the knock down had a huge impact on how the judges scored the fight. Rounds I gave to Hobson were scored Macca'a way but I still thought Hobson did enough. I'll have to watch it again. The last round was very good if I remember.

If you actually score it on punches landed, I can't see how the result can be anything but a Hobson win. Enzo probably threw the flashier and bigger punches, but he was a sitting duck for Hobson's jab and right hand ALL NIGHT. Hobson couldn't miss.

I had Macca by 1 ( the knockdown won it for him )

They are re-showing it on Setanta on (I think) Thursday as part of the build up to the fight
