Well? I had it 8-1, giving Hatton only the 5th. The early rounds were competitive, but I thought Floyd did enough to win them. I didn't see any similar threads, sorry if this has been done.
I have the perception Hatton won the third and would have won the sixth had he not lost his head and not been deducted a point. 88-82 Mayweather.
Going into the 10th, I gave Hatton 3 rounds, PBF 6. My friend had it 7-2. We both deducted a point from Hatton when Joe Cortez said to. judge: Paul Smith 82-88 | judge: Dave Moretti 81-89 | judge: Burt Clements 81-89 7 rounds to 2 and twice 8 rounds to 1
I thought it was a fairly even fight (slight edge to floyd), until the 8th round. thats when it wasnt even close anymore.
I had it 7-2....but I hate scoring rounds even and it could have been 6-3 with an outside chance of 5-4 if you gave all the close rounds to Hatton.
I gave Hatton only the 5th round, and I was pretty convinced Floyd was just letting him have it, much like he gave the first 3 to Judah. He knew exactly what he was doing the entire fight, and was in complete control the entire time.
Going into the tenth I had PBF ahead it 5 to 3 Mayweather, with one a draw. I guess I could have been blinded by being as stoned and drunk as I was.
What? The judges didn't ignore anything. 89-81 If you give Hatton the point he lost. It would be 89-82. That also means there was 9 rounds that happened. Heres a run down. Using this as an example. This is of an 89-81 card. Rd1. 10-9 - 10-9 Rd2. 10-9 - 20-18 Rd3. 10-9 - 30-27 Rd4. 9-10 - 39-37 Rd5. 10-9 - 49-46 Rd6. 10-8 - 59-54 Rd7. 10-9 - 69-63 Rd8. 10-9 - 79-72 Rd9. 10-9 - 89-81 The judges only gave Ricky one round. And the 88-82 judge either gave Round 6 to Ricky and made it even or he gave another round to Ricky. Either way. I had 89-81 at the time. But 87-83 would not be a card. The early rounds were what you would want to score on and I scored it to Floyd and I was right along with the Judges.
I gave Hatton rounds 1, 2, and 5. I gave Floyd rounds 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9. With the two point round, I believe that adds up to 87-83 in favor of Floyd.
