This, exactly, only that round 7 wasn't much of a close. The main problem was the biased commentatory for a lot of people. Bro they ignoring 10 punch from Usyk and will give Fury thw round if he land 1 jab.. Just alwful.
My scorecard 1. Usyk 2. Usyk 3. Usyk (close) 4. Fury 5. Fury 6. Fury 7. Fury (close) 8. Usyk 9. Usyk (10-8) 10. Usyk 11. Usyk 12. Usyk (close)
My score exactly. Upon rewatching twice, them only rounds I could possibly change (but didn't) were 3 and 7. As I watched the fight live, I gave 3 to Usyk and 7 to Fury. If I give both to Usyk, he wons 9-3, 117-110 If I give both to Fury, Usyk wins 7-5, 115 -112 There is no path that does not lead to a Usyk win. It's just a question of by how much.
I gave Usyk, from memory: 1,3,8,9,10,11 And gave Fury 2,4,5,6,7,12 With Usyk taking a 114-113 decision. I intend to rewatch it at some point. Great fight. Best I've seen in a very long time.
LOL at all those " Scorecards" from the couch. Newsflash, your score means shid, my score means shid , the Press means shid, but the Ringside judges scores are absolute, fact. Proof ? See Lewis/Holyfield......Chavez/Whitaker..........and on and on and on
All three judges scored the 12th for Fury - One of the judges scored the fight for Fury 114-113 I agree with that judge & with all three on the 12th.
Return of the King. ESB royalty is in the house. Welcome back, Bailey I scored it for Usyk of course. Why? Because he won the round. Enough of these sympathy rounds for Belly and the bitter little haters trying to diminish a god with their scorecards which have little basis in reality.
These sympathy rounds can be a real thing. To me Usyk clearly won rounds 1-3, Fury won rounds 4-6 clearly, round 7could have gone either way marginally but most gave it to Fury and rounds 8-12 were for. Usyk.
If you understand the sport and watch it impartially you'd never score that fight like you have. Also the OP sounds a bit biased saying the 7th could have gone either way when it was a clear Fury round. Don't get this sad attempt from people trying to change the narrative after the fight, Usyk had his hand raised in a very close fight fair play to him let's move on and see how the rematch goes.
It could have. Usyk landed more punches on better accuracy. He also was on the front foot and controlled the tempo. I scored it for Fury personally, but can see it going the other way.
He is still in denial after all of his claims and bias towards Fury. He was making videos how Usyk was Koed in sparring and he have 100% proof of it, and all kind of mental gymnastic. As far as thw 7 and 12, as you said quite easily as Usyk outlanded Fury in both landed punches and impactful/power ones. Also Usyk was the ring generalship + the effective aggressor. But he and Snake are still in denial.
