The OP is the alt of Pac a G aka There Will Be Blood.... he's back to his old trolling and spamming... nothing to see here. Either him or Disney_master.
6-6, KD won it for me. I assumed I would be bias toward Kovalev so tried to give Ward all the credit I can, which probably just made a mess of it. Either way, we got our rematch to enjoy. 2017 is killing it
Anyone who says Krusher won a narrow victory or the same for Ward are assessing the fight without bias, and I have no problem with either view. Those who call it a robbery are speaking from the heart not the head. Now that's understandable, people have their favourites and this fight, more than any other of 2016, involved a lot of emotional investment from both sides. Defeat was, therefore, hard to take. But the judges were not wide of the mark and their scores fall within acceptable tolerances.
115-112 Kovalev but fight was difficult to score if you give all close rounds to Ward it's 114-113 Ward
I had Sergey winning 115-112. Clear cut victory in a competitive fight. In June, Kovalev won't need the judges.
I predicted Ward by a slim margin and the pick was right, but I was wrong. I had Kovalev 7-5 after seeing the fight. With the knockdown it was clear cut for me. I am, however, respectful of others scorecards and opinions.
EXACTLY how I scored it and how it truly played out. At NO TIME during that entire fight could anyone try claiming, ok ward's taking control. Ward had no control and those 3 rounds given were clearly given because ward was less dominated than the previous rounds. Kovalev clearly and convincingly beat ward and at more times that not, completely out classes him. They are truly different level of fighters and evenly judged you'll all see the same 9/3 ish or tko win..
7-5 Kovalev plus KD. Clear win for Kovalev. I can see case for 8-4 kova better than 7-5 for Ward. The champion was the effective aggressor. The champ landed more punches, threw more punches, scored the knockdown. Landed more punches in more individual rounds. The champion was unmarked at the end of the day. The challenger was all chipped up. Not a good look for the "supposed" better boxer. Pretty clear Kovalev win for me. And as a poll in this site that was nearly 4-1 in favor of Kovalev I would assume most agree. Including Roy Jones, Floyd Mayweather, De La Hoya, Vasyl Lomochenko, Larry Merchant, Harold Lederman, Max Kellerman and many many others. It was in short a bad decision.
