How did YOU score the Lara-Williams fight?

I wonder how many people saw the whole fight before screaming roberry. The truth is half the idiots crying about the decision only saw half the fight because they were watching Bam Bam vs. Antillon.

I'm not trying to justify the scorecards or that decision but the mob mentality on these forums is a joke, people who haven't even seen the whole fight will go along with anything that the HBO crew says and cry wolf.

8-4 Lara. Though I do wonder, why did they fight in a high school gym. The room Zelenoff got his ass kicked in out in Arkansas looked a bit bigger than that.

 

I gave Williams around 4, I feel for Lara

I was being very kind to Williams. Every round Lara won was clear, quite a few rounds I gave to Williams were borderline cases. I can see anything between 118-110 & 115-113 in favour of Lara as a fair score. Closer than that and I assume brain damage, corruption or bad eyesight. As it happens, those were the names of the 3 judges last night.

 

All I can say is " Christmas came early" for Williams last night. He clearly lost that fight and to rob Lara that way was criminal. That was as bad as it gets unless you are watching a German boxer fighting in Germany.

 

PWill won't get caught with another lucky punch like he did in the rematch. He was tagging Sergioe at will and winning the fight until he was blindsided by a wild haymaker. It happens to the best of them; except Money of course. PWill wins a third fight if Sergioe has the balls to man up and quit facing Euro bums

117-111. This wasn't a close fight or one that was especially difficult to score. Lara won clearly and the judges ****ed him. No vaseline, either.

 

10-2 /9-3 Lara and VERY clearly.

 

Agree I wanted to see williams win but he didnt, not even close. I had it 8-4 but even that may be a stretch.

I dont know how much it matters though anyone who knows anything about boxing knows Paul lost and is pretty much done. Unless he makes some major changes i dont see him ever coming close to beating anyone legit, probably shouldnt even be in the ring with anyone legit for a long time if ever again.

 

Very silly post. There's a little thing called DVR. It makes it pretty easy to catch up on one card (or any program) after another concurrent one has ended.

Why the **** would you assume people stupidly tuned in live to the second half of the Williams-Lara fight after Rios-Antillon was over, rather than simply watch their recording of it from the beginning? :?
