Marquez caught the first wave when he dropped Pacquiao with a jackhammer roundhouse right in the 3rd. He rode that wave until Pacquiao clipped him with a right coming in that put Marquez on unsteady legs in the 5th. Pacquiao rode that wave to the early part of the 6th, but then Marquez legs were back and so was the adjustment you talk about.
*******s want to believe Pacquiao was in control of the 6th and the fight, but the reality is Marquez had adjusted and turned the tide the second half of that round 6 to which at the end Pacquiao's lights were short circuited.

I do believe Marquez would have won more rounds than Pacquiao even without the knockdowns, but the decision had it gone the full route would have been Pacquiao's again, Bob Arum would have made sure of that.

Are we not allowed to score any fight even ? :huh

For the record, I scored the 2nd & 3rd fights to JMM, I never ever scored the first fight but a draw looked fine to me, the 4th is for JMM for obvious reasons.

So at best for pacquiao he loses 3-1, at worst he loses 4-0, I`m content to call it 3-0-1 to JMM until I do a round by round on their first fight.

Far too many people giving pac the 2nd fight, that was a close but clear JMM win, 7-4-1 on my card.... stop trying to give pac credit for **** that never happened, every time they fought Marquez won clearer & clearer.

This was by far the closest fight. A lot of rounds could go either way.

The first was a schooling after the knockdowns. The third was a close but clear win for jmm. The last was a ko.

The second was a great back and forth fight that is a under appreciated I think.

    I had it 6-6.

    Nope!

The only fight that was close as far as the competiveness of rounds being close was the last fight, and thats only because Marquez going in had decided to fight Pacquiao's fight and throwdown with power and authrority!
