From memory there was one of the later rounds where Parker wasn't doing much and was trying to just see out the round I remember thinking that's the only round Wilder won. But 12-0 or 11-1 to Parker seems about right.
Parker 12-0 Most judges will concede one "comparison round" where they give it to a fighter who is getting washed. Compared to previous rounds the fighter did better and therefore gets the edge in a closer round.
