How do American fans afford the PPVs?

Get a **** load of people round to watch the shows. The UFC did a survey that suggested the average viewers per buy was 8.

i was thinking that. there is no way i could afford to buy every ufc event along with all of the ppv boxing. i think we have a good deal in the uk, i pay £9 a month for espn and get every ufc event and also get a bit of football, rugby and wrc.

I never watch them by myself. I'd say about 3 out every 5 we watch a buddy's house and chip in $10 and bring some beer. Otherwise on a stream or watch them next day on another site.

 

many people pick and choose, or like others said, get a samll group together...its more with with more people anyway

I either watch all the big shows at Rek's house or go to a bar where they are playing the UFC.

 

I dont buy them all for example im not buying this upcoming card. I save the majority of the money I make so I have the money to spend. I split rent and my vehicle is paid for and I have almost non existent car insurance so im probably spending 45 percent of what I make per month.

 

The only PPV's i buy are boxing. Id NEVER buy a UFC PPV.

 

I watch them all for free at the local RSL club
