He's probably my favorite fighter since the Super Six began. The more folks underestimate him, the more he keeps on winning.

And he's also a gentleman in his post fight comments.

First off, Can you say population?

The USA statistically should have more talent coming out of it (not that its got a massive amount of recent)

Second, Forgive us for backing our home talent.

It's good to hear that he's getting a bit of respect.

Here in the UK I can't think of another fighter over the last 30 years who's got less acknowledgement for his achievements.

Sure, he's never going to be a great, but for some reason he's just widely ignored.

Why are Americans so obsessed with comparing yourselves to other countries? Especially countries that have a population that is 250 MILLION less than your own.

The question had NOTHING to do with any sort of comparison.

I couldn't stand Froch years back, because he kept shooting his mouth off, mostly about Calzaghe, yet fought like a glorified club fighter. But a couple of years later, I'm a big fan. He's shown tremendous heart, and tremendous resolve to become a real champion. Hats off to him. Plus he's funny as hell.

If every fighter out there had the same mentality and warrior spirit as Froch could you imagine how many great fights we would have?

I dont like him. He seems smug and arrogant. Not at all imo outside the ring, inside ot he is good but not as good as he thinks.

sometimes his mouth bites more than it can chew outside the ring, but he admittedly been working on that too....

i like the fact he trusts his chin..... this can be intimidating to other fighters

how can you not like Froch? Im from the US and Im pulling for him vs Ward, but a part of me cant stand the assholes who are biased against American boxers, its OK to root for your Countryman but to totaly ignore the merits of the opponent is bull****. I think Ward has the advantage vs Froch and he should be favored but dont count Froch out he is a winner, pullin for Froch.

Froch is cool, I like him. Hot chick, too, even though she is loud as hell.
