How do fighters live with themselves cheating with PED's when their opponent is 100% clean?

Most people throw away their dignity when they are making big money and then they justify it when they see how well their family is living, but they know deep down they are frauds and don't deserve respect from people.

Yep this, which is why so many fighters accusing other fighters of PED's often end up being done for using PED's themselves. Their mindset is, I would cheat, so every body else must be too, when the reality is honest people do not cheat and do not expect others to cheat while cheaters expect everyone of cheating, so point fingers while cheating themselves.

Exactly this. Everyone uses some extra boosts, it is a matter of you are going to get caught or not.

 

It's boxing isn't it? The goal is to knock your opponent out right? Or is it to communicate with him or to be intimate with him or what? The thing across that ring from you is the enemy, the enemy has to be destroyed, it really doesn't matter how you do it.

 

Because you win at all costs, or well certainly as much as you can get away with, be that Dempsey being assisted back into the ring against Firpo, Cassius Clay having the tear in his glove 'enhanced' by Angelo Dundee in the Cooper fight, or Marciano going totally against the rule book with his fouls, the list goes on.

What matters is that you know your authenticity, that you know you never cheated.
Even if you dont win the ultimate prize, you have your dignity.

 

Not sure what sort of success you have achieved in life but in order to achieve success you must always leave behind a piece of your dignity. Many would describe me as a highly successful individual but believe you me there are things that I wish I had done differently, instances where I wish I had been less greedy etc. But such is life and nobody is perfect. I have no issues with fighters using peds, their body their choice. An unskilled fighter may be attempting to make up for the lack of skill, an old fighter the lack of youth, a fighter that doesn't have much time to train for the lack of that opportunity. It doesn't matter the least bit.
