  1. Just remember to loosen up and be relaxed, stiffening up your stance will slow down your feet dramatically. See cuban AMs they are bred to be chillaxed in the ring. Be in good shape with cardio, so plenty of running skipping and strong legs with squats. Always practise bending at the knee.
