How do I keep build big muscles and still be quick and powerful for boxing?

I am 13 stone, but I am slightly overweight. I want to build big lean muscles, NOT bodybuilding type muscles, but Mike Tyson or evander Holyfield size muscles. I want to be intimidating, but also have the speed and power too. I am reasonably fast handed now, but I want to pack on some size and still be quick.

How can I do this without losing muscle?

Primobolan with a small dose of test will do the trick.

also do plyometrics. It'll activate your fast twitch muscles and let you punch fast and more powerful and help you lift more also if you do them right.

Also your goal is pretty dumb btw :smooch

You should do alot of cardio exercise to burn some of the fat, having a low fat % is key to having a good ripped body.. Running/swimming/cycling should shred the fat..
Do weight training, this is important, the more muscles you have on your body, the more fat your body will burn per day, having some solid muscle mass is obviously important if you want to have a lean/powerful body. (bench press, hand weights, squats, medicine balls etc).
Also remember to do "body exercises", push ups, sit ups etc.. (google if you need more exercises.
Remember to eat healthy, make sure that you get plenty of vegatables (about 50% of your diet should consist of vegatables), eat plenty of low fat meat (fish and chicken is great).. Eat whole grain bread and pasta, rye bread is also great for lunch and snacks, fruit aswell. Also remember to drink water to your meals..

Last but not least: If you want to avoid becoming a slow body builder type, remember to do all your exercises EXPLOSIVE, don't just push yourself slowly up from the floor when doing push ups, do it as fast as you can to gain speed and pop, the same for the weight training, once you have builded up a good cardio you could also try some sprints. But remember, do your exercises as explosive as possible..

You can always use google to find exercises, diet tips etc.. Good luck!

the key is getting muscle and being at the weight you want. I had a friend who used to lift weights in the 1980s. at about 18 years old. He wanted to become a fighter. I trained him. He slowly went from 200 pounds to 140. He stayed about 160 for a long time and slowly lost, by 140 his big bulk was gone and he was a small enough fighter. Get toned but don't get bulked unless you want to weigh 20 or 30 above the weight you want and it will slow you down.

You don't. You have to accept your natural fighting weight.

13 stone is 182 pounds, and that according to you is slightly overweight. Your natural athletic weight would, let's say be 175 pounds, or even 168. You can't expect to bulk to a naturally cut heavyweight (like Tyson and Holyfield) from a naturally cut super middleweight and still retain boxing prowess (especially speed). You have to decide if you want to bulk like a bodybuilder and lose speed and muscle endurance, or accept your natural fighting weight that your body is developed for.

make sure you work out your fast twitch fibres.

Dead weight lifting will only really work your slow twitch muscle fibres and you will lose speed
