Instead of coming back with childesh responses, why don't you try to dispute something I wrote?

You can always assume that a fighter is dissliked because of his race, I just haven't seen any real proof of it with Ricky.

Right...that's why you posted 6 reasons and then continued to argue with people here.

WHo cares if he's overrated? Is that such a reason to hate him? Bigtime9 overrates Floyd. Go hate him now.

Ricky as fortunate to be able to make a TON of money fighting at home. Is that a reason to hate him? And he never claimed to be the BEST BOXER EVER, so what's the problem?

Yeah never mind the fact that e4veryone in the thread has mentioned the fact that they don't like his hit and hold style. It has to be one of your obvious reasons.

And you don't think there is a single poster who doesn't like Ricky because he's white? I guess it's a mere cioncidence many idiotic Floyd fans hate him? Whether you agree or not, Race IS often an issue. Why do you think most white people cherr for white boxers? Most Mexicans want a Mexican to win? Same with Germans and anyone else. Don't act like that's not legitimate. And I fail to see why you're taking that comment personal.

That was hardly childish. Was blunt truth if anything. Please Reg, having a Hopkins avatar doesn't change the fact that you always come to defend Mayweather any chance you can. Say what you want about me, but at least I have the balls to tells the truth no matter who might not like it.

No, I've just been here long enough to spot trends. Hey, I'm not saying EVERYONE only cheers for people of similar skin tone. That's ridiculous. But acting like skin color ISN'T a factor with some is equally ridiculous.

Ther are a few...they just stick out larger...for the most part, I have not seen race play into the more intelligent posters on here...If they are not..IT is futile to argue with them anyway! again Peace!

I don't know if you realize this, but many fans tend to dislike fighters that their favorite fighter is fighting. It's pretty easy to see why many Floyd fans would dislike Hatton. During the entire pre fight buildup pretty much every other boxing fans(including other Americans) were shitting on Floyd and throwing their support behind Ricky. All you heard the whole time was how Ricky was so humble and great(not true) and how Floyd was so bad. Ricky's attitude didn't help either. That would make a lot of fans turn on the opposing fighter.

The only person who seems to be taking anything personally is you. Your the only one resorting to personal attacks.

If you want to believe that I hate Ricky, go right ahead. It really doesn't bother me. Who cares if he's overrated? People who care about the sport, that's who. In pretty much every sport, fans and analyst will tend to chide overrated athletes and champion the cause of underrated athletes. That's the way it works.

So a 28 year old fighter in his prime who is currently at the top of the game should be held to a higher standard than a 60+ year old man with Parkinsons? NOt your best comparison to date Lance.

I love how Hatton defenders keep bringing up how he used to fight. I'll tell you what. If he ever goes back to fighting like that I'll say that he
    This content is protected
an entertaining fighter for now all you can say is that he
    This content is protected
an entertaining fighter. HIs past handfull of fights have been painfully boring or frustating for me to watch. You hope to see an exchange and instead what you get is a clinch. Then before the mayweather fight he already starts talking about how he is worried that the ref will be biased against him by not letting him hold.

Whether or not a fighter is entertaining is subjective and plenty of people in this thread have given the exact same reason that they don't find Ricky entertaining yet somehow diehard Hatton fans fail to see it. Kind of like Mayweather fans that refuse to admit that he ran against Baldomir.
