Some of us have serious mental health problems, which in the context of fighting prove for once to have a silver lining. :yep
So in a sense insulting and instigating your opponent before the fight probably is a bad strategy. You want them to be as docile as possible?
I don't know how. Probably a combination of technique, natural ability, maybe he was angry, etc. My cousin said he had never seen anything like Pacquiao hitting the bag because it was just ridiculous how hard, fast and consistent he could hit the heavy bag.
It depends on whether or not they are the sort to harness their anger in a constructive way and go into beast mode, or (far more common) the sort to become undisciplined and sloppy and thus more vulnerable. ...and, trash-talking has the added benefit of putting the one spouting it at their opponent into the mindset of hating them, or at least dehumanizing them enough to want to hurt them.
The same way an over-muscled 240lb Ibeabuchi can throw more punches in a fight than a man half his weight.
[YT]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7dB_4yXPv4[/YT] This is pretty insane right here. Pacquiao put a dent in the bottom of a heavy duty heavy bag. Wow. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7dB_4yXPv4
It's got to be genetic. Look at these left hooks GGG is throwing here on the bag. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bRBVN2jc4k
:goodThanks and yeah people don't seem to realize other than being naturally heavy handed guys like Kovalev, Beterbiev and Golovkin's technique enhances their already scary power which allows them to be even more devastating than they already are.
