So, the Ring Mag rating s for 95, had such names as
    Tyson
    Holyfield
    Lewis
    Moorer
    Morrison
    Bruno
But if Joe Frazier from FOTC was just hitting that era, how's the top ten look for that particular year.?

Not as much as most would think. Frazier's style was all wrong for that era.

So where do you think, takin 1995 as an example, Joe stands at the end that year?

Tyson was back champ I belive, Holyfield didn'tiin look great.
Lewis is the danger man for me there, but he was just coming off that loss.
    Mercer and Morrison?
Moorer, not sure he does too well against the Smoke.

I am not too sure. Frazier could have done well against a few on the list but most of them could punch hard.

Undersized aggressive heavies against the 90s division would have a tough time.

It does depend on the individual I agree.
There s not a lot tho I have beating him. If he hits his peak in that year then I see it going something like this
    Tyson - Frazier wrsf 11
    Holyfield - Frazier wsplt
Lewis - Frazier loses. Lewis wins unanimous.
    Moorer - Frazier wko 8.
    Bowe. - Frazier wun.
    Mercer - Frazier wun.
    Morrison - Frazier wko 6.
    Mccall - Frazier wun.
    Bruno - Frazier wrsf 8

Frazier will not beat Tyson, Bowe (declining) or Holyfield in any alternate universe.

Obviously he's not meeting all those in one year. That's just how I see Joe doing in that particular year against said fighter.

    Holyfield didn't look great then.
Tyson was only beating the alphabet boys, he lost when he faced a tough guy not backing down.
And Bowe was ready for a beating.

Only man I think is wrong for Frazier is Tyson and the 95 version is vulnerable if he can't get Joe out early. The others aren't knocking out Joe Frazier and Joe drowns them late in a 15 round fights.

I think he beats them all except for maybe Lewis who was probably the only great heavyweight who was hitting his prime, the other guys like Tyson, Holyfield and Bowe were all done and shot at that time IMO.

Frazier, with his style, would have a tough time in the 90s. He'd be the smaller man and up against larger, hard punchers.

To answer the original question, he would definitely be ranked in the top 5 for Ring that year.

The one with the best chance of winning is Lewis, then Holyfield and Tyson but the latter two were already on the decline and this is Frazier at his absolute best so he isn't going down via stoppage.

Boy, people are probably getting tired or are going to get really pissed off about this.

    FOTC Frazier beats them all.

I agree. The style to the forward sub six foot sub 210 pound pressure fighter is extinct in the heavyweight division. RIP they would get creamed today.
