What sort of training do the top tier fighters do between fights and camps. given they only fight twice a year and assuming camps run about 6-8 weeks what sort of training do they do the other 40 odd weeks a year? I'm thinking the worlds best mayweather, pac etc - obviously the rick hatton's of the world did very little by the look of them. but what about fighters like b-hop who always seem in shape. can anyone fill me in. i assume they go for a few runs a week, maybe bang out 15 or so rounds in the gym but i really have no idea how it works at the top level.
