How do we grow the MMA forum on ESB???

    I would love to post here exclusively at least 80% of the time..Im getting tired of the lounge (same rehashed things over and over)

    Im also getting tired of the Boxing forum..everyone is hating on everyone..At least here in MMA, fighters who gets hated on usually deserves it like Ken:lol:

    Problem is there are not enough posters..

    What do you think is the solution so that we can have a more active prosperous MMA forum here

    Im thinking going to Sherdog, find an intelligent poster and direct them ESB. I'm sure its akin to being enlightened for them.:lol:

    Nothing wrong with the crew we have now. Some knowledgeable guys in different martial arts and Ikrsfto (or whatever it is) actually does MMA and will compete. Let the sherdog flamers flame over there. It reminds me an awful lot of the general boxing forum here.

    prob is once you get too many people that usually brings out the trolls, I read the odd thread on Sherdog and some of the stuff is stupid. Someone started a post saying that by Shamrock getting kO'd by a punch prooves boxing is better them MMA, and the fool went on to explain how that was the proof that we all needed. Yes a 44 yr old guy who has done nothing but get KTFO in the few years and get's KO'd again and now that prooves boxing is the supior sport :huh :patsch :bart

    :lol: That may be a better alternative than debating with a poster from Sherdog! At least 3 other posters will agree with me.

    Seriously, I just get tired of posting and waiting for an hour to see if someone replies.. In Sherdog, kids are posting so fast, I dont think a single post has ever been read thoroughly there.

    Yeah, I get frustrated a bit with this forum too. I check it daily and not surprised if only 2 or 3 threads have been updated. The posters are definitely good though.

    Everything is fine here as it is. Few occasional trolls come in here though.

    I do think that there are plenty of people who post on sherdog who actually compete in MMA and are actually well known but getting them over here will also leave a trail that will lead trolls in here.

    I like out forum but I think it would be nice to get just 5-6 more diehard MMA fans with knowledge to add to our little community. You get to many guys here and u start getting some idiots and we sure as **** dont need that cause the general boxing forum is FULL of that. Just a bit more acitivty here would be nice. Sometimes im on real late like 4 am and I can post 5 straight times in the general forum and its responded to right away I can do that in the MMA forum and we dont have a new post until 2-3 hours maybe even more later.

    I agree..like Jimmie said maybe 10 more to populate the forums...theres just so much happening in MMA, its so interesting right now..

    Stars are emerging (Silva, Rampage), some like BJ rejuvenated...****in matchups are all over the place now everyones fighting everyone...Rashad now fighting Chuck.

    CBS televising primetime...BJ vs Sherk..Fedor might come to UFC afterall

    Unlike the boxing forum where theres too many threads thats rehashes the same nonsense..in here we cannot make enough threads..

    Only time it really gets nice here is the night before a UFC PPV
