Yep, this thread is officially broken. Have fun guys, I tried, but some people even had to argue over the hot chicks and now this clown shows up.

I'm AMERICAN and I love the fact that British Fighters are trying to make a name for themselves over here. Hatton and Joe are really the only ones but I think they are both great! Joe has come through time and time again and even though Hatton failed against the best P4P boxer in the world at the time he is still a very good fighter.

Haye...he's a breath of fresh air. I think the HW division needs him.....but I'm still not sold that he can defeat the Klit bros. I'm not sure about his chin or his skills although they are probably better than Most at HW presntly. Unfortunately I don't see this as an "invasion" more so than Hungry Brits trying to challenge themselves agasint the best.

And really only Joe has come through and even his wins are combated with question marks. Not that they were not impressive but his wins over Roy Jones and Bhop were when they were pretty old or pretty well known to be on the verge of being shot in Roys case.

Regardless of that Haye, Hatton and Joe C are some of the best in their divisions and I welcome any fighter who is looking for the best challenges.

I'm fine with it as long as they are respectful and are good talents. I'm thankful for the Lennox Lewis's, Eubank's, Hatton's, and Calzaghe's. Too bad they are the acception though these days.

I'm only here to add to my dismal post count. It was obvious from the 1st page that these tools are a waste of time.

LAst post on this shitty thread:

If that isn't the pot calling the kettle black I don't know what is. Seems like a pretty xenophobic attitude you have yourself there.

:huh I've seen a lot of ignorant hate, but this is news to me. Can't say I have ever met any americans just hating on all europeans. Europe is a pretty diverse place. But by all means go ahead and hate us back if it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy.

Lennox actually grew up in canada and learned boxing there - competed in the olympics as Canadian. Hatton sucks he has only really beaten one american in malignaggi (dead fighter). Calzaghe chooses to just fight past-it greats and get knocked down every time. What's your point?

Speaking for myself as an American, I think it's great. I tend to see fighters as fighters and not as symbols of nationality.

Boxing being big in GB and Europe in general right now is what we need, since it's a second tier sport here in the States at the moment.

Keep sending your guys over and bring all their fans. It spices things up.

As a Brit, watching our fighters go to such places like Madison Square Garden, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand and other American venues. I think it lets you know who`s for real and who`s not.

Win or lose, I credit any british fighter who crosses the pond to fight on the big stage.

I think that`s why I always had respect for Naseem(not my favourite fighter). Cos in his early 20`s he chose to fight all comers, on american soil.

I must say though, I`d like to see alot more BIG name american boxers fight in Britain.
