Insane power and footwork, with a hell of a jab.

Power is irrelevant, Floyd's defense and decent chin is
going to negate the hail mary punch scenario. Adapting and
changing styles won't work, he's going to change his style faster
than you can adapt. You have to be able to match him athletically to beat him.
You have to have quick hands and feet and stamina to beat floyd.

For instance you need to have a good jab, but you also need to
be able to hook off that jab, when he cradles. You also have to have
quick feet to be able to close distance on him. Straight right hands wont
work, you have to hook it or loop it (Chop is southpaw, but he caught
Floyd with a great right hook, so similar tactic), or hook the right
hand to the body. The thing is, most people in the division can do a couple
of those things but they don't have the complete package to do it all
    consistently.

I know what you mean though, Mayweather rolled with a lot of the shots, like he usually does.

If you have an 0 on your record, then you need only to have enough boxing ability to be noticeably be the agressor and be effective enough on offense and defense to keep the rounds close. You will be given the majority of close rounds as the agressor, a really good boxer puncher with an 0 and the mental discipline to be satisfied with keeping the round close, as he does, stands a chance that will consistently make Floyd look human at the least. If he were to fight two as such in his career, I would be highly confident he would lose one.

He never came close to fighting someone with the skill and speed of a Mayweather. Margarito is a pressure fighter, but he's so slow, that it wouldn't bother Floyd at all. If he had the quickness and footspeed of a ricky hatton, then it would be a different story, but slow plodding Margarito wouldn't lay a glove on Floyd.

Do what Zab was doing, but for 12 Rounds.

If you have the speed, with a decent bit of pop in your punches, and the ability to defend and counterpunch, you can make it interesting. And you have to have supreme stamina, or you won't able to keep up.

But by god, you are NOT going to beat him by bullrushing him with pressure. How many dumb-ass trainer are going to keep trying to use this as a strategy.

winning 2 or 3 rounds doesnt mean Mayweather can be beat!! :patsch:patsch:patsch:nut:nut:nut

you have to win 7 rounds on 3 judges scorecards or get a knockdown which Mayweather has never been.

The best boxers ever have lost fights and lots of rounds. mayweather has never lost a fight and hasnt lost more then maybe 4-5 rounds in a fight his whole career.
