Of course he CAN be beat.. I have seen fighters who looked more invincible than Floyd lose..

The couple times I have seen him really rocked, In my opinion if you hit him hard enough, with a clean enough punch, he could go out.

I think the Zab comparison hold a little water, because he was actually "out-Floyding" Floyd for the first few rounds. Beating him to the punch, making him pay for leaning in, and slappin his ass with counter punches....

Not saying there's anyone out there who can do this, and keep it up for 12 Rounds from a physical standpoint... but you would have to have the skill and pop of prime Zab, plus the stamina, chin and heart of PW and Margo.

And I don't know of any 147's who can say that.

While prime Pac is very skilled, his specific skillset isn't what would get it. Same for Duran, in my opinion. SRL would probably UD him, but look at what SRL has going for him. And Hearns, is like a guy with PW's build, but with the speed and even better power than Zab.

fighters more invincible lose?? i dont know what u mean by invincible but Mayweather is the best defensive fighter i have ever seen and is most likely top 5 ever. let alone one of the fastest i seen and refelxes crazy. so to say of course he can be beat...i dont agree with that. history (Mayweather 44-0) and his defense say otherwise right now.

Maybe he does lose at some point, Maybe Canelo catches him but as of right now, NO HE CANT BE BEAT!! i mean hes only lost like maybe 4 rounds in a fight his last 20 fights!!

And the same goes for anybody else... If you hit them hard enough they will go out. The problem is he gets hit less than just about anybody and when he does he seems to handle it well.

The Pacquaio that fought Cotto gives Floyd hell for 12 rounds, no doubt about it. Floyd wouldn't have been able to keep Pac off him and Pacs speed and precision would have seen him land more on Floyd than any of Floyds previous opponents.

Would Pac have beat him? I don't know because I think we'd have seen the best Floyd Mayweather we'd ever seen because he'd have wanted to protect that 0 so badly but Pac may have landed and KO blow for all we know so he could have beat him.

An absolute travesty this fight never happened because Pc would have had a genuine chance of beating Floyd and I'm convinced their styles would have geled perfectly and given the fans not only one of the biggest fights of all time but also one of the best.

Don't laugh but Amir Khan has the physical and stylistic tools to pull it off, unfortunately hasn't got the brain or the chin to hang with floyd .

Floyd would KO Khan with ease. His speed and precision would have Khan wobbled early and he'd follow it up with another precision right hand on the button and it would be lights out.

Floyds power isn't great but you don't need great power to beat Khan, just precision and Floys has that in abundance.

Agree Khan has the attributes to give Floyd trouble with his speed and punch output but that chin is a major handicap. This fight doesn't go beyond 6.

I am just saying if you hit him hard enough in the right spot he could go out.. So it is possible to beat him, maybe unlikely, but certainly possible.

Why does nobody ever mention Floyds speed? All I hear is he's so smart and can adapt to anything. He's lightening fast. That's a big reason for his sucess

Not in a single fight he hasn't.... Not on all three judges' scorecards anyway.

Castillo already beat him once. Another Mexican, and another Castillo, Martin Castillo, beat him in the ams. Oscar, already slow, weak, and semi-retired, beat him according to Floyd's dad. Floyd fights good prime fighters(Ortiz, Guerrero, Canelo, Judah), but old great fighters(Oscar, Mosley). Castillo was a borderline great in his prime and 80-90% think he won. Tells you tho extremely talented Floyd us extremely overrated. REMEMBER THAT.

A tall rangy boxer puncher with a high workrate would give Floyd fits. A boxer who can keep Floyd at the end of his punches, which would allow him to keep out of range of Floyd's counters and put Floyd on the defensive (even moreso).

I don't think Floyd has fought a fighter like this. Corrales was tall and rangy but was a brawler that negated his reach by fighting inside. Castillo was a better boxer but did not have the jab.

The problem is there are not many fighters like this, and unfortunately Sugar Ray Leonard is retired, who would have beaten Floyd clearly in my opinion.
