    slip to the outside and lead uppercut also works well against the southpaw jab ala JMM

    Slip to the outside, left hook to the body followed by left hook to the head. Or slip to the inside, jab under his cross, and follow with a cross of your own.

    If you can anticipate it, take half a step back, hit them with a right uppercut under it then a left hook over it, both to the head
