while making sure are hyrdated & have plenty of energy? Im taking a fight on short notice, ill be about 5lbs over after our last hit on Wednesday before i fight on Sunday.
I never had to lose weight, I do know the standards about weight loss...but since this is on short notice I can't give you the regular advice. I'd suggest eating salads and hit the sauna. Oh yeah, no sugar and salts, they make you retain water. (props to Amy)
