How do you explain to people jumping weight classes is bad?

    Not necessarily. It's more about the movement in my opinion. Boxing isn't a static sport, so lifting should be static. Neither is it a steady-state sport so we should be strength training specific to the sport.

    WHen you say don lift for bulk is it just the simple "lower weight more reps"?
