Cruz anit no punk and called out Rigo. fight should happen end of this year. Rigo free agent, fight will get done.

How u see the fight going?? Rigo is a supreme boxer so it will be hard for Cruz, Hopefully Cruz can do something but its gonna be hard. Leaning towards Rigo for sure, even possibly by KO with a nasty Counter

Rigo landing something very decent and the high volume punching Cruz shelling up and not really throwing many punches, making Rigo ease to a dominant and underwhelming UD.

I'm sceptical it will happen but, if it does, Rigo decisions him. I'd expect something like a 118-110 decision.

Rigo is the best in his division but most people would probably rather see LSC-Frampton.

I feel like LSC will be "advised" to take easier fights and be completely fine with it.

yeah hell be advised but hes not gonna back down now. Canelo was the same way. oscar was begging him to not fight Trout or lara but canelo could care less. I feel Cruz is just like him

I think Santa Cruz would fight him but why would his team take the fight when they can get more money to face Frampton, which would be far more entertaining (and winnable)?

Chances are LSC would have to take less money, lose handily and be part of a pretty boring fight. That's as unappealing as it gets for a promoter.

Couldn't care less. It makes no sense the other way. Think about it.

yes its the same thing ppl said about Canelo. he doesnt have to fight Lara and can just fight Kirkland or somebody else...but he did. Cruz opened his mouth like a true champ. i can gurantee this fight happens

    I hope you're right.

In an ideal world, this fight would happen and the winner would face the winner of Frampton-Quigg (i.e. Frampton).

Santa Cruz stated he will fight Rigo but he has to clean out the minimum weight division before anything like that can happen
