Common mistake by fans and even commentators.

Once the 5th is over, its over, turn the page.

Pacquiao started the 6th riding the momentum of the 5th, but Marquez proved to have his legs steady and under him even early in that 6th round.
Pacquiao pressed the pedal pretty hard early in the 6th and Marquez held his own and did'nt budge.
At the midpoint of the 6th round Marquez started jabbing well, hooking to the body, and bouncing hard right hands off Pacquiao's head.
Marquez was turning the tide toward his side heading toward the end of the round.

Its a false perception that Pacquiao was going for the kill and got careless when the ending came.
The fact is that Marquez had started to turn the momentum back to his favor when Marquez lured Pacquiao to run into his right hand.
The proof is in the video.:deal

I would like to see a rematch, even tho Marquez ko'd pac they always make great matches. As for people saying Marquez is the better foghter they are wrong (this coming from a Marquez fan) all 4 fights were even up to the ko and aside from their fights Pac has the best resume.

"H2H" is all that matters when people compare the 2 fighters.
    Who won the most RD's??
    Who scored the ultimate finish?

    JMM>Pacquiao Head to Head.

Your opinion means NADA and the official record speaks for itself

    1-2-1

Guess who has the 2 wins? It should be 3 wins if the judge didn't calculate the 3 knockdowns incorrectly.

one could say the fights that count the most are the ones when they had when they were in their primes.... and theres plenty of people who felt the first fight was truly a draw and the 2nd fight a close pac victory.

Yes we know the "REAL". That pacquiao won 2 fights on the official record and it should be 3 wins for Pac if the judge calculated correctly for the first fight. There was no robbery. Close fights? Sure, but certainly not robbery.

^No argument here, I had the first a draw aswell.
Those KD's are hard to argue against... Manny did take the most punishment bar the 4th fight in that fight tho out of all the other fights Vs. Marquez.

2nd fight was defo the hardest one to score of the original trilogy.

    3rd & 4th were JMM.

Can't say I blame him as he spent years chasing rematches only to get jobbed on the scorecards twice and now that he's knocked Pacquiao the **** out he has nothing left to prove against him. Pacquiao and his stans can whine about lucky punches and PEDs all they want. In four fights between the two, Pacquiao is the only one who was beaten convincingly.
