You and your girlfriend have regularly claimed that Roid Jones wanted Heavyweight fights. I have merely pointed out his ACTUAL record which proves that to be moronic ****. Your posts are worthless heresay, and as such you do not need to have anything explained to you. Read the FACTS, and eat ****.
Loudon provided proof that talks were made... FACT You fools saying Roy had no intentions is your OPINIONS that you are trying to pass off as FACT, and miserably failing.
The fighters who he spoke to and tried to make a fight with, aren't a mile long at all. You keep bringing up the $100m all of the time. Lewis said in 2008 "Pay me $100m and I'll come out of retirement." He obviously wasn't speaking literally. If Lewis and his team knew that Roy was DEMANDING $100m, then why did they even speak to him? Why did Lewis speak to Roy, and tell him that he wasn't sure if he was going to be fighting again? Why have we NEVER seen any links, or heard anything from Lewis, that says he wanted the fight, but Roy messed him around, and priced himself out etc? Go and find me a link that says such a thing. I see you've used your great logic which is - If Tarver knocked out Roy, then what would Sanders have done? Brilliant! Are you going to now tell me that Antonio Tarver and Glen Johnson hit HARDER than John Ruiz? Again, if you want to completely ignore every piece of information on all of the links on this thread, then that's on you. You're just showing your ignorance, and aren't serious about an educated, adult debate. Why don't you tell us how Ruiz was handpicked again? You normally inform everyone on here, at least three times per day. Keep hating!
This just gets better, and better. No you fvcking moron. It shows what he actually did. Its called the REAL world. You know where the vast majority of people live, instead of fantasists like you. It shows he did only have 1 fight at the weight. Your insignificant links to what he SAID he would do mean ****. Thats what it shows What part of " I will talk about fighting this that or the other Heavyweight, but when push comes to shove I won't ACTUALLY fight them " is your pea brain having trouble understanding? They should put this thread on You Tube, so that the whole world can have a chance at seeing how incredibly fvcking stupid you are.atsch Lets get it clear so everyone can witness your idiocy. 6 years at 175. 1 fight at Heavy. Another 6 years at 175. And you still want to insist the **** had SERIOUS INTENTIONS of fighting other Heavies.
Rico also Ruiz was picked over the other champs because of his low KO ratio.. Without failing to realize that Chris Byrd had an even lower KO rate. It is obvious Mr. Rico exaggerates.
Yes, because the same clowns keep repeatedly making the same threads, and spouting the same nonsense, over and over, which I always end up replying to. I'm dealing with people on here, that have argued that Iran Barkley was deserving of a fight with Roy at 168, and Roy DUCKED him after he'd beaten Toney, even though he never even fought at 168, after Roy had beaten Toney. That's a quick example of what I'm up against. Then there's clowns asking why Roy ducked Victor Cordorba and Darrin Van Horn etc. Then just about every week, we also have people asking why Roy ducked Eubank at 168, even though Eubank has admitted he wanted no part of him. I've tried to make good threads, such as "Have boxing skills progressed, or have they regressed?" but they soon get overrun with ******s, and I just think, what's the point?
Byrd had skills which I have mentioned over and over. See, Byrd was a middleweight that fought Super Heavyweights and won a few times. Jones would have had his Glass Jaw shattered in violent fashion. Ruiz not only had no power but no skills to speak of. Throw Jay Nady into the mix and what was he going to do? He was forced to stand in the middle of the ring flat footed because every time he tried to maul Jones like he was allowed to in every fight before and since then he was immediately pulled away by Nady. Using Byrd as an example actually makes Jones looks worse. Byrd would have been to much of a risk for Roy. We both know Jones wasn't about taking risks he has admitted that himself.
Sonny, you have publicly had your trousers pulled down and your arse well and truly spanked. Your schoolgirl type fantasies about Roid Jones have been exposed for all to see. There is nothing, I repeat nothing on Jones's record to suggest he ever had any real intentions to fight any Heavyweight other than the clown Ruiz. Now let it go, while you can still crawl away and lick your wounds.
I can comprehend a fighters resume. I can read records, and resumes, but records DON'T ALLOW FOR CIRCUMSTANCES! Have I said that Roy had MORE than one fight at HW? No I haven't, have I? You really have scraped the bottom of the barrel posting Roy's resume up. Do you think we don't know who he fought?? Indisputable proof? So your pasted links of Roy's resume is indisputable proof that Roy never had ANY intentions of fighting again at HW? You are a complete JOKE! Your going to put Roy's resume up against all of the links that have been posted on here?
Had Roy Jones beat Byrd, your revisionist theory would be that he picked the smallest, HW champ with the lowest KO ratio that he knew would suit his style, and was afraid of getting mauled and beat up on the ropes by John Ruiz.. And how many times do I have to tell you, a lot of the reason why Ruiz was standing in the center of the ring, is because Roy got his respect early and was making John hesitate due to the insane handspeed he had NEVER seen before. You don't give Roy credit for ANYTHING!! Ruiz tried to bull rush Roy several times, but was unsuccesful due to Roy being able to back up and tag him at the same time.. Roy's ring generalship in that fight was a thing of beauty. BTW, What happened to Byrd when he moved back down to LHW? You mentioning Byrd shattering Roy's glass actually makes your passionate glass jawed Roy Jones crusade look worse.:deal
You're a SPECIAL KIND OF STUPID! There won't be any PROOF on his record will they? BECAUSE IT'S JUST A COMPILED LIST OF WHO HE FOUGHT! The PROOF is in the VARIOUS LINKS THAT HAVE BEEN POSTED ON HERE! GO AND READ THEM YOU FOOL!
Vitali was his Original mandatory but when he elected to fight for the WBC against Lennox they removed him and Tua was the mandatory. I remember an interview with Kellerman on ESPN where he asked Roy about fighting Vitali and Roy said "I will knock him out" then Kellerman said "No Roy not Wlad but Vitali the other brother who has never been knocked down or KOed" and Roy mumbled something like "Uh, oh yeah well he can get some too" :rofl What a Demolition job that would have been Prime Vit Klit against Glass Jaw Roy :roflatsch Byrd fought both Klitschko's. He wasn't scared. Roy was scared :rofl
