    im looking in boxrec and i see carlos baldomir vs saul alveraz for the

    "wbc silver light middle weight title"

    :blood


    im just one of those guys that cant help but get my mind twisted in things i cant understand. what is a silver belt? what is a diamond belt? what is a champion emeritus?

    im also wondering about the sudden bloom of "intrem champions" do these poor guys have to pay sanctioning fees too?

    You hit the nail on the head yourself. They are all just ways for the sacntioning bodies to get steady stream of income from more and more fighters.
