I think it's ultimately a side show. There are evolutionary reasons why most people are put off by women in combat sports, but I won't get into them here. If I had a daughter, I would forbid her from boxing. Two, the skill level will never be as good because men have certain natural advantages that they can capitalize on. For example, men tend to be stronger with faster reflexes. Three, even a female champion won't be taken seriously as the best in the world until they compete against men. And that's never going to happen. Can you imagine the results of a women's boxing light heavyweight champion challenging say, Bob Foster? Why goodnight! Or a female heavyweight boxing champion challenging a young George Foreman. She'd be lucky not to be killed or crippled.
Isn't she that woman who fought a boxing match with a male muy thai fighter and got absolutely clobbered?
