None of the fighters you listed are welterweights, junior welterweights, lightweight, or Super featherweights, the divisions where Floyd was at his best... the 3 fights Floyd fought at 154 are commendable and enhances his legacy. There is nothing you can say, Floyd has dominated his era whether you think the era was loaded with "prime ATG's" or not!

No, you said Floyd had chances to fight ATGs in their primes.

Since when are Margarito and Williams considered ATGs?

Floyd never fought the toughest fights avaiable to him he picked the easier options

Should of fought Margartio but he fought baldo

should of fought cotto/williams but he fought judah

should of fought martinez but he fought ortiz

should of fought a prime Pac but fought a shot mosley

should of fought a prime mosley but he fought mitchel

As you can see anyone with a impartial mind will unnderstand he did not fight the best when he NEEDED to

    Still a great fighter though

Canelo could end up as Floyd best victory.too early to tell.

But that's damn good way to find prime ATG's or whatever.

    Not fighting against Berto,Ortiz,Guerrero etc..

Or fighters who are closing 40yrs

It's just amazing that every other ATG's could manage to find other prime HOF fighters.but TBE couldn't find any?is it a coincidence?

Ok so what about the 26 title fights he has fought, all the champions he has beat, all the great accomplished fighters he has faced in the ring? So you saying Margarito and P Williams who are not ATGs or even Hall of Famers eclipses his entire resume?

No im not saying that i added those names but im looking at the bigger picture and Floyd has not fought the best fighters out there when it was time to also he has not got a single win over a prime ATG.

Thats all i am saying he is a great fighter though just saying whats up.

If Floyd would have went that route, and stay undefeatead.Floyd would have a shout for top 10 ATG spot.

This era was not the greatest, but if you are willing to go out of your comfort zone.you will find greatness guaranteed.
