So if you get the hips and feet right the midsection stretches and causes the snap in your punches.

I want to know how to rotate my hips optimally.

Any drills I can use to learn proper hip and foot movement?

(Im not interested in rotating the body all at once alot of pros do it and it gives you no snap)

Probably best practising correct punching technique, all punches effectively come from your core so you should always be twisting into the shots, maybe excluding the jab which you should step into.

Punch from the ground upwards, it's where your power comes from

When you pivot your foot to punch, pivot INTO the ground, not away from it, ensure your bodyweight stays in the middle, don't shift your weight from back foot to front foot when you punch

    1) For Christ sake, stop reporting it every time someone speaks roughly to you.

    2) Stop posting threads asking for technical tips in the General forum. If the guys in the Training section hate you, that's your outlook, you still have to obey the same rules as anyone else.

    3) Given how you've been received on the forum, consider /toning it down/taking a break/trying somewhere else all together.
