Now that a worldwide audience has had a fresh extended look at both fighters, how do you rate their quality?

Kessler does, for sure. Not so confident about Taylor though but it's a fight I'd like to see.

Both probably B level, they are quite evenly matched, despite the bull**** scoring.

Its interesting Froch's biggest weapon was his jab and relative skill and not power as we thought. I said for a long time Froch has a good jab, its powerful, difficult to see coming from that low angle and he has a really long reach.

Biggest concerns are he's really really ****ing slow, he turns like an oil tanker. He's also a bit upright, with low hands which makes him easy to hit. What we already knew from his previous fight really...

I really underrated his jab, tonight he needed it and used it superbly.

He is hardly Lennox Lewis, but still, credit where credit is due in that department.

I predicted a Froch KO win. I thought that he would have more in the tank in terms of output when it came to such an important fight. I was wrong.

I thought he was poor quite frankly. I will have to rewatch the fight but I had him winning by 2 rounds and no more. The scoring was AWFUL.

He is lazy and easy to hit, but I always knew that. What I expected was more defence and him to land flush shots later on. In fact his punching power does not carry to the later rounds. Some guys can and some cannot. Froch cannot, unless he fights his choice of fight ie 8 punches a round, he loses his pop.

But his chin as we all said is granite. Let nobody question his chin.

Anyway, as I said before Kessler rapes him. 12 rounds 10-9.
Bute probably by 10 rounds with Froch having a punchers chance.

Before this I thought that Taylor would outbox Carl but Carl could land the big shot and win.
I don't think that after tonight.

I really felt he had more in the tank just in terms of output and stamina. He doesn't.
    Taylor wins UD.

I don't think anyone can accurately grade them and can't myself at this time. Hard to tell when they've only really had one proper test against one type of opponent IMO. I was impressed though, although they both have a poor (or non-existent) defence!

I think Froch would beat Taylor but not Kessler. Unsure on Bute.

Still think he really has a good chance to land the shot to hurt Taylor. It would seem Froch would largely be outboxed by Taylor, considering Pascal is like a lesser version of the American.

The thing that surprised me is Pascal's chin. He took some good shots. But he also rolled them well and ducked down, I really don't think Froch landed as cleanly as he could perhaps because they were too slow and telegraphed, perhaps Pascal just did a good job defensively. Some of the impact seemed to be lost in those punches.

I thought Froch would KO Pascal. Omar Pittman rocked Pascals world, but Froch couldn't stop him even though he hit him with everything but the kitchen sink. Either Froch's power is vastly over rated, or Pascal has gotten a lot better at rolling with punches. The stream I watched was kind of low quality, so it was hard to see the finer points of what was going on.
