How do you Like Andre Ward Now???

Biggest win? Ward over Froch or Ward over Kessler. Bute did nothing prior to this fight to earn the hype.

 

I want to see Ward in Europe first, before I can give him some credit.

 

I actually think Bute will pose great problems to Ward. Bute's uppercuts might play a major role in the infighting Ward likes so much. Also Ward does not have the power that makes Bute respect him the way Froch did.

 

I agree. . . That fight is a COMPLETELY. . I say, COMPLETELY different type of matchup than Froch/Bute. . . I favored Ward even before Froch/Bute, and of course, I would still faovr Ward. . . But I think Ward poses a closer fight than Froch did to Ward. . . .


People need to stop bringing Ward into the equation, like HE BEAT BUTE. . . LOL! I hate hwen boxers are given IMAGINARY wins over other boxers simply based off their performances against a common opponent; not only does it detract from what Froch himself did, but it also gives Ward credit, where NO CREDIT is due?!

Hindsight is 20/20, adn Ward STILL swerved Bute. . .

 

I still can't believe Ward ducked Bute, and now people are acting like Ward won last night. SMH.

Almost like when Lamont P beat Khan, people were acting like Bradley was in there winning the fight even though he ducked him too

 

Froch's win over Bute is bigger than both those. If that was Ward in there last night beating Bute, the same would apply.

 

I still don't like him.

 

Quite pathetic that some are expecting Ward to recieve some form of credit for last night. Newsflash, dickwads, it was Froch that beat Bute. Not Ward.

HATE IT when boxers get "hypothetical wins" simply because of contrasting performances against a common opponent. . . Not only does it give false credit to one boxer, but it detracts from the other's accomplishment.


Pardon the hackneyed cliches, but hindsight is 20/20, and styles make fights. . . I'm no more (or less) convinced about how Bute/Ward turns out. . . I was, and still am, SLIGHTLY favoring Ward to win, though.

Heads up ******. Ward made Froch his daughter with one hand.

Wards decision to allow his leftover to handle an overrated eurobum was brilliant. Ward is fighting a bigger and better fighter next.

 

How is Dawson any better? He got sonned by a guy Froch already tooled.

Last time i checked he didnt fought recently.

So why would my opinion of him change?

Dawson was already exposed by Pascal. This fight with Dawson and Ward is just meh.
