My dad's been told he's got to lower his cholesterol. He's a little overweight and the nurse advised some C.V. work and a better diet. He's bought an exercise bike and he's having a go on that every night now, building up the distance each time. What else can you do to help lower it? Any specific foods to avoid? How much will the cardio stuff help? Any advice or information will be great. Cheers in advance. :good
