It would be very interesting to read all of your opinions regarding how far do you guys think Yuriorkis Gamboa will go in his professional career.

Will he retire as an all time great?

How many World Titles can this impressive little Cuban fighter conquer?

Will he ever unify all of the belts in his weight class or other weight classes?

Please vote on the poll !!!

I think the kid will retire as an All Time Great! Insane speed, raw power and lots of amateur pedigree! He definitely has a very bright future.

He is getting a lot of exposure, which is good.
He is probably getting already way too much money, which is for him a nice thing (and he deserved it 100%). But is not good for his boxing. He needs to remain a fighter who is hungry. I remember his face when he lived in Germany, he was the one who showed more desire ...This desire prompted him in all his fights to go in there where the hottest is to kill or be killed ..

He is a clever guy, he is already trying to build his future, which means that he will not be there forever.

Let's see what the future bring ...

Looking forward to the next double header card between him and Lopez, should be great. If they both win, a future fight to unify the title's would be real nice.

lets wait until he fights the tanzanian toughman, because to be totally honest, that fight is most likely going to be the toughest fight he's ever had in a boxing ring.

I think he will get to or near the top of the p4p rankings. I lso don't think he will stay there for long. If he was younger I might think diffrently.

i think his chin and defense are going to let him down... however he has fantastic power and speed which will allow him to win a belt in 1 or 2 other divisions in the future. I think he could win a title at 130 at the moment relatively easily against one of the guys not known to be a big puncher

He looks fantastic, still to early to tell how far he will go though.

With his style, he will get brutally ko'd at somepoint ala RJJ. Gamboa still keeps his hands too low despite being dropped frequently. I love his heart and his ability, but why can't someone teach him to protect himself?
