Its stupid question i know but just wondering what your preffered way of making weight is? Always staying at the weight? Dehydrating a bit? And secondly what type of runs are most benificial for weight loss?
Its hard to always stay on weight. My weight usually fluctuate between 147lbs-152lbs , depends on how much water I drink. There's a whole thread on weight cutting on sherdog if you;'re having problems making weight here it's a good read
Just eat properly throughout the year and stay close to my fighting weight, then lose the last bit in water
