    1. PBF
    2. Cotto
    3. Williams
    4. Sugar Shane - what has he done at Welter to deserve to be higher? Beat a spent looking, injured Collazo?
    5. Margarito
    6. Cintron
    7. Clottey
    8. Baldo
    9. Zab
    10. Alvarez

Next 5 are probably Quintana, Urkal, Mitchell, Collazo and Julio in some kind of order.

    1. Floyd Mayweather Jr. (WBC champ)
    2. Miguel Cotto (WBA champ)
    3. Shane Mosely (WBC interim champ)
    4. Paul Williams (WBO Champ)
    5. Antonio Margarito
    6. Kermit Cintron (IBF Champ)
    7. Joshua Clottey
    8. Luis Collazo
    9. Zab Judah
    10. Andre Berto

Top 5's pretty solidified for me. Bottom 5 are fairly even and could possibly be switched around, or some fighters (e.g. Berto) left out and replaced by others.
