How do you rate a prime Bob Sapp as a fighter.

Plenty of steroids. And his physique wasn't tremendous. He was just a big overtly muscular dude.

 

/thread. For those here that remember Sapp was a VERY significant fighter in his early career. It was only after his loss to Nog and his battles with K-1 management that it became very obvious the guy was immensely flawed. That said his wins over Hoost are certainly higher than anything Brock achieved head to head.

 

Meaningless. Heavy bags don't hit back. Sapp never kicked anyone like in either his K-1 or MMA career. And look at him blowing. Watching Sapp fight was in some cases painful. He had the gas tank of semi comatose asthmatic.

Best bit about the video is how bad his stamina is. 6 kicks and he is breathing like that.
