    Kabayel
    Hrgovic//Dubois/Usyk
    Gassiev

The 2nd group is mushed together because of the H2H. The Usyk losses keeps Dubois from being with Kabayel, The Dubois loss keeps Hrgovic from being with Kabayel and age and the Rico fight keeps Usyk from being with Kabayel.

Gassiev is significantly worse than the other 4. However I would rate Gassiev a bit above Wardley if he was still champ.

If one of them fights Tyson Fury in November and wins, that person is #1 among the four. None of the four, to date, has beaten anyone as good.

Fury just called our Hrgovic. If Filip wins, he is #1.

Usyk is still the champ, however, until he loses or is retired. As long as he's active, it's just a competition to see who is the champion-in-waiting.

Makes no sense. Usyk knocked out Rico. He wasn't even behind on the cards when he did it. And Usyk beat Fury twice, Joshua twice and Dubois twice. Kabayel's wins don't warrant it.
