Oscar was a massive puncher at lightweight, in terms of pure punching power at lightweight, where does he rank amongst the hardest punchers there?

De La Hoya has always been an accumulation puncher. He couldn't even drop the likes of Molina or Hernandez - not even close. But he did blow away the likes of Ruelas, Paez and Leija.

He had a few blowout wins at lightweight but I'd still rate him as an accumulation puncher at this weight.
