At which of the 12 or so divisions he fought in?

Not far from the truth :D

    I'm guessing all of them.

He was a great puncher at middleweight and he lost a but with each jump let's just say he lost a bit but still had enough to keep heavyweights honest. My take.

Solid puncher but he never really lived up to his name "lights out" even at middleweight.

At middle weight, when he wanted to he had a lot of pop.

    Which division?

Toney was never a power puncher, however, he was very good at landing his power shots in the right place or catching his man off guard.

Middleweight division, 6.5 out of 10.

He beat the living dog-**** out of Cruiserweight Titlist, Vasily Jirov, stopped H.O.F. Heavyweight, Evander Holyfield, and one-punch K.O.'d long reigning 175 pound champ Prince Charles Williams. I would say Toney's power was damn good.

His accuracy and timing is what made his punches dangerous though.

He has a lot of stoppages. Mostly from accumulated punishment over a number of rounds.

I remember him going to work on Jirov,he seemed to be able to land his right hand at will.
