How do you rate James Toney's power?

    He had to land an inordinate amount to hurt all these guys, save Williams. Jirov had shoddy defense, Evander was 42 yrs old, And Williams was past prime, and came way down from his natural weight for that fight.

    The Nunn Ko was probably is most impressive knockout, and it was very late in the fight.

    Toney was a great technical fighter but he was nothing above average, maybe slightly above average in punching power.

    There is a huge list of mediocre fighters that went the distance with Toney.

    He had huge one puncher power, but all his victims were able to avoid it, forcing him to break them down.

    At 175 and below he was well above average, but from 175 upwards it dropped.
