How do you rate Khans chances of ever winning one of the 4 "major titles"?

If he wasnt with Warren ill say about 50%
Considering he is it will be a sure thing!!! I expect Khan v Kristjansen II for the vacant WBO title, when it is availaible.

The guy's got some real talent, but you can't deny he's got serious issues with his chin.
Even in the last few fights he's won, he's been up and down like a fiddler's elbow!
Gotta admit though, the Brits come up with some pretty brilliant nick-names when their fighters go on the slide.
First,,, Fraudley, A-Farce... Now, even better... A Mere Con! LOL!

He better not fight anyone who can punch, or else the glass in his jaw will be exposed again.

If he can fight guys for the title who don't have much pop, he may be able to pick up some belts. If he has to face decent punchers, though, I can't see it. He just doesn't have the beard, IMO.

Prescott totally exposed Khan for what many suspected him to be. Nobody will forget that, especially any future opponents. If people think Wlad has confidence/chin issues, and his opponents think they have something to hold on to, then Khan is 10x that. Guy was Gone in 60 Seconds, and he will always be just another sixty seconds or less away from being blasted out again.

    Right now I'd say it's about 30%.

70% chance. People are quick to forget just how much talent Khan has.

Experience, confidence, maturity...all of that will help him become a better fighter. He's only 21 for crisesake! If he fights until he's 30 he'll retire on 50 fights. That's a lot of time and fights to win a title in. He doesn't even have to defend it or become the best in his division or anything. Just win a (vacant) title once. That's not that hard to do if you've got his talent and promoter. If Gavin Rees could win a title, why should Khan not be able to? If he stays healthy and injury free and as hungry as he currently is, his chances are if anything better than even.

You're probably right, sad to say. I expect Khan to be VERY carefully matched against guys with minimal punching power, just like he was before he was starched. But once they get him a title, he won't have the luxury of handpicking anymore so he won't hold it for long.

And, there is ALWAYS the possibility that one of the feather-fisted nobodies he fights on the comeback trail will starch him anyway. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. Khan has probably the worst chin I've seen on a highly touted fighter in my 30 years of following the sport. It's THAT bad.

I think he has a fairly good chance actually. Maybe as high as 60%, although I would prefer to answer this after his next fight. On his day, Khan is a very gifted fighter, if he can adapt his style to reduce his weaknesses, then he has a decent chance off picking up a world title of a weak champion. But the problem for Khan at the moment is that he is fighting in a very strong and deep division.
Personally, I feel Khan has had a lot of unfair comments thrown at him, with some justifacation of course, but he is a young man who seems willing to learn and he should go a lot further in his career than many are saying.

The main thing about him is that he's so hungry and eager to give his all, outside as well as inside the ring. He's the anti-A Force, in this regard. His confidence leads him into trouble, but his opponents also have a shock seeing him charge forward aggressively like that...so...it does cut both ways.
