how do you rate Michael Spinks?

You know i can even make a case that victor galindez and matthew saad beat better fighters at this weight too. The only reason michael ranks higher is cuz of his success at the higher weights and consistency.

I dont think there is anyone that is going to doubt that saad and galindez fought a better list of fighters during thier reign as champs. They never fought someone as poor as rivadenyra, sears and mcdonnell.

 

I got Spinks as the 2nd or 3rd best LHW ever. Charles is first.

 

good post. Doing what Spinks did is something special. It would've been akin to RJJ beating Lennox Lewis....twice. It would be spectacular, even if the decisions were close.
