i've seen him hurt b4....but i haven't seen him hurt in over 4 fights, and this is is 7th division, and he just fought arguably the hardest hitting guy, the same guy that the granite chin Mosley said: "he definitely buzzed me a couple of times" so take from that what you will.....but to say the least, he's just getting tougher and tougher
He took some good shots from Cotto and some very hard head snapping jabs but ajusted well. I was more impressed with the ajustment but it was the power exchange that that hurt Cotto and changed the direction of Cotto's gamplan
Much more so than I thought, but Cotto only hit him flush with a few jabs. Manny covered up well, rope a dope style, for the body attacks.
Remember before the Hatton fight when people were saying that Pac had a "glass body" based on his KO loss early in his career against Torrecampo?
Body - forget it. He would rather get hit in the body. And is A+ chin. I think the only person at his weight that could really hurt him with a single punch would be Randal Bailey. BUT Randal Bailey could NEVER catch him. It is Pacs mindset that is so different. When the commentator was talking about asking Pac about the fighter in a comma, whom Pac promotes, Pac said that his heart went out to him and his family and Pac mentioned having a fighter die in his arms. But that is the choice they make to step foot into a ring. I knew from that, that he was going to win. Pacs money hasn't went to his head. He strives on performance. He loves the fight. He idolizes Bruce Lee (wonder why and how he fights the way he does - watch Bruce Lee) Always looking to learn.
one ****en durable dude... i liked it when he was talking to cotto and just letting him get tagged by bodyshots, i got nervous though when cotto caught him with an uppercut lol
