Ortiz loses to all the top 15 WW's (and perhaps a whole lot more than that) at this extreme low point of his career. He just doesn't care about boxing anymore; wasn't ever great but he was certainly good when he was on his hot streak (multiple KD's and deserved the win in his Draw with Lamont Peterson, showcase early KO of Vivian Harris, FOTY-contender with Berto to snatch the belt and become the consensus #3 WW behind only Floyd and Pacquiao for that brief time). Unfortunate he got ruined physically young combined with his always fragile mental state.

Rios is talented but not heart

Guerrerois is re****ed, simple example would be his game plan for his last fight ...

Guerrero would 117-111 him and that would be if he fought Rios' fight.

Rios is nowhere near the nostalgia that people like to think of the Antillon/Acosta fights. I loved those fights too. But he has had a drop off equal to Victor Ortiz. It is not 2010 or 2011 any more.

    ---

Guerrero is the kind of guy who if time froze and he fought each of the 10 best WW's 10 times each, he would end up beating each of them spare Mayweather and Pac at least once and he would end up beating the rest of the bunch multiple times of the 10, even if not the majority...

I might pick him against Porter, Alexander, Bundu (I would certainly pick Guerrero here), and Khan. To say he doesn't have a chance against those four guys would be very strange. And honestly, although my respect for them as being clearly better wouldn't allow me to pick him over them by any means, I'm not sure Marquez and Bradley do quite as well against him as I'm guessing most would like to shout from their windows.

Robert Guerrero is a very talented boxer, who prefers to show he doesn't have baby nuts by fighting in the brawling style that he does at times.

Ortiz is a nice guy with no heart, he's fun to watch and at one time moderately skilled.

Guerrero-Rios is actually not a bad matchup. Guerrero at his peak was a step above Rios, but I think Guerrero should of done alot better against Kamegai unless he's already slippin.

We overrated both due to the Berto fights. Ortiz had all the raw tools to be elite but as we all know, he has no heart. Robert lacks Ortiz's natural talents but the guy has heart.

robert is a better boxer, ortiz is physically stronger but mentally weaker. i think robert could make 140 and beat anyone there not named paquiao. he just doesnt have the pop to compliment his boxing ability at 147 and he takes that macho image way too seriously, he needs to box like hes shown he can. ortiz is just a born victim.
