How do you rate the UK fighters in the post Froch era?

    Mediocre?

    Groves was so close to becoming a legend in a single round. Unfortunately for him he was fighting one of the toughest man on the planet

    Some of you guys seem high on foul mouthed Saunders

    As a whole, who's been their best fighter post Froch, and how high has the standard been?

    I've always thought Smith was the best SMW(in the world) after Froch retired. Only that 1 round when he ate nothing but jabs, has made me doubt that decision yet.

    Saunders isn't anything special
    Who is that young kid from the UK that fights at around 135 or 140? He looks to have the goods. He can box his ass off.
    eubank Jr probably around a B fighter
    Who else are we missing?

    Well most come unstuck in my view due to how they been coached but Josh Kelly I and others on here have high hopes for the kid

    Josh Taylor is the one proving himself legit. Brilliant technical skills, has power, speed, switch hits fluidly, great body puncher and shot selection. He's also very athletic with excellent balance and footwork. The other positives about JT is his size and strength at the weight and how tough and aggressive he looks. Kelly looks great so far slapping on cans but he isn't the Josh the Brits should be raving about just now. Taylor looks like an absolute beast tbh. Kelly doesn't punch hard and he better not be packing a glass mandible with that hands low cocky style. Huge question marks over PBK for me just now.

    There are some great prospects: Kelly, Taylor, Dubois, Yarde, Cordina etc.

    One of the featherweights will have to step up and try claim dominance in the division. Be it Selby, Frampton, Warrington or Galahad.

    Pimp, Kelly can box slick as but he can't bang. More of an accumulation guy.
