Not yet. But he could fight for another 6-8 years for all we know. In that time he can well nail himself a spot in the ATG lists. He's headed on the right track to do just that.
Look at Roy Jones, if he retired after Ruiz he would be rated higher than he is now. You have to wait until they are retired really to make a fair decision on what their career meant in HOF-ATG terms.
