Borges was always extremely pro-Holyfield, to the point of complete bias.

I didn't know he scored that fight a draw though. Such bias is completely unacceptable for a journalist.

There's also a distinction to be made between technical knowledge and historical.

Like the p4p #1 argument. It depends on what you like.

    It's Sam Langford, though.

Thanks for the comment there mate, and i liked the logic of that post you made.

That 'dust' comment by me was really just a sort of paying respect to other posters, bad wording maye on my part?

I don`t know how I`d rate myself to be honest, so I`ll just say that the era`s, fighters and weight divisions that interest me I know very, very well and I can hold my own with anyone in a debate on those topics.

Keep mocking what you do not understand, jr. It underscores ignorance and a lack of class.

Calling a potentially future Navy SEAL "jr" is not very wise, dont you think?

I do things in my training you couldnt ever hope to do in a million years. You couldnt get through one day doing the things I do, "Sr". After one hour of my training, You would on your hands sobbing like a child ready to go home.....so please spare me. Its people like you who get to sleep in that nicely made bed everynight with an electric blanket and everything.......while ill be out there in the freezing cold eating MRE's protecting people like you from the Scum of the earth.

personally I think anyone who rates themselves in a thread is either very honest or lacking self confidence. I dont know which one defines you, but you certainly wont be seeing me rating myself in this thread. I dont rate myself, I let my performance speak for itself good or bad.

Now this is funny. You know very little about me. I will let you in on a hint, Mr. short tempered, limited attention spanned person.

I don't care if you are the physical wonder of the cycle. Mental toughness, the ability to Take and Comprehend orders, and Class have a lot to do with making it, and jr you need HUGE improvement in these areas in a hurry if you are to become a seal.

I have seen you cry like a baby here; rant and rave, threaten other posters, and act like a you know what. That act will get you DQ’d.

Until then, don't muck up a fine thread by taking a 1st cheap shots, as you did here.

One last piece of advice. A seal would not let a message board bother him much. You become hyper active in threads. A seal's mind would be on the task at hand, and NOT throwing cyber punches in a battle he will likely lose.

But seriously, I wish you the best of luck. If you become a seal, I will be happy for you. Only 20% of the people who sign up for the seals make it.

NO **** SHERLOCK, gee u don think I know this? I go through intense hours of training a day with Petty Officers and Chiefs screaming in my face when I am at muscular failure. You know what I do bud? I keep going. cause thats what you have to do.

I am more than prepared physically and I am very prepared mentally for this.....

I may not know you, but you defintley do not know me. If u ever meet me in real life which boxing historian kevin smith has, I am one of the most laid back guys ull ever meet. It takes a hell of a lot to make me upset in real life man.

HA! and you actually think this is the way I act in real life? dude this is a forum, i **** around with other people because I can, because a forum like this matters zero about my life, so i can pretty much say whatever i want on here without having consequences. Most of the time I jump out of my norm and act crazy because I can, in the real world man.....things are different.

I treat my superiors, and my fellow SEAL candinate teamates much differently than I treat you guys.....I know all about critisism and accepting critisism.

btw genius, no such thing as DQ, its called DOR for dropping on request. something alot of tough kids do.

Your preaching to the choir my man. I been training for this for a while, and I owe it all to my trainer who has pushed me through hell through blood and sweat everyday.

LOL man, you really dont know me. I come on here to blow off steam, you actually think I give a **** what goes on here? I joke half the time, in fact I could care less what happens here. I dont think about this forum at all when im not on here. its simply not important to me.

btw mendoza, I stand by my orginal statement you can't handle the **** I go through everyday, and if you think otherwise I challenge you to come down to one of my training sessions and try it out. just one time.
