How s Joshua doing meeting these fellow brits in there prime? Who in your eyes does he beat or lose to?

    Joe bugner?
    Frank Bruno?
    Herbie hide?
    David haye?
    Scott welch?

Let's not jump to conclusions just yet. You wanna go out on a limb and say he knocks them all out, go ahead. My opinions, at this time are more reserved. The best boxer Joshua has fought nearly too, him out in 2 rounds and we do not have a gauge of how good him or Whyte are just yet. I think I should make it clear that he'd probably be favourite for most if not all of these fights, but at this point in time, I'd consider Bugner, Bruno and Haye as dangerous opponents, serious threats that could find that one shot at any point. Hide and Welch would likely get the same treatment that the majority of AJ's opponents have so far

I would favor a Joshua stoppage on each occasion.

I agree, it's early days but I think we'll soon see. Aj as got the potential no doubt s. Just curious as to how people think he do against the brits. Certainly not saying he defeats em all.

Joshuas too unproven in a lot of departments to make a proper conclusion.

He does however pass when I comes to power.

But boxing history is full of KO artists who looked amazing until they ran into a superior boxer.

As has been said,we don't really know how good AJ really is as yet so it's hard to gauge how he'd go against most of the above mentioned guys. Welch was n't that much so I envisage Anthony bombing him out early on.

Yes we will know more after tomorrow. Even an old Wladimir is better than anyone else on Anthony's resume so far.

In my minds eye, apart from power and athleticism and maybe ability to pick his shots, he's not shown much else.

Heart, chin, stamina are very big question marks.

Can he adapt? How will he react when someone doesn't go down and fights back?

Its been all smooth sailing at the moment with the 'competition' he's been facing.

In some ways, at the moment I see him as Bruno before the Bonecrusher ft and Lewis before the ruddock. It's the biggest challenge of there career s. The Smith fight showed us Bruno s weak spots whereas the ruddock ft showed earlier potential of lennox. So perhaps after tomorrow we'll be in a better position to put judge aj. It may be a marciano v Louis moment or a moorer v foreman, where the old guy still had enough for the young untested.

Tomorrows fight is going to be a complete waste of time.

Klitscko isn't going to suddenly grow a pair of balls overnight.

But if thats the case, does that still actually tell us anything about Joshua? Even if he smashes klitschko in the first are we still any wiser to how good he is?

    Nope.

Until someone pushes Joshua then no, he's the same to me.

If he does KO Klitscko then well never hear the end of how he beat him much more convincingly than Fury.

I dont except a 40+ year old whose been inactive for nearly 2 years and never fought with a pair of balls to begin with I suddenly going to prove a threat to a younger, bigger KO artist.

Bugner would be the wild card at this stage.

Bugner on best day could give any top heavy a headache. If he'd been born a few years later I swear he'd have picked up a belt in the 80 s. He could really muck aj about at his peak. A guy who goes the distance with Ali and frazier.. That's something to think about.
