How do you see Hopkins vs. Kovalev going.

    Kovalev is going to pressure from round one, trying to knock him out as fast as possible. Probably knocking him out in round 2 or 3.

    But honestly, no way Hopkins takes this fight. He will cancel it, I guarantee that.

    Speed is what gives Hopkins problems, not power. As much as I'd like Kovalev to win I see Hopkins smothering his punches and outlanding him to an ugly UD

    I predicted the same for Price vs Thompson, Kovalev vs. Cleverly and GGG vs. Macklin. All of you guys were hating, quoting my comments and I bumped it after the fight. Same with the Geale fight. I predicted he round and the way of KO.

    And now the same. Kovalev is going to destroy Hopkins very, very fast.

    I don't trust Kovalev's chin.

    Kovalev has also shown signs of being mentally fragile in my opinion.

    I would not be surprised. I am still shocked Hopkins is taking this fight, and won't be believe it happens until it happens.

    Hopkins is not pulling out of this fight. He already has his ref and judges picked out along with a way to avoid the drug testing. He thinks he has the deck stacked against Kovalev, that's why he offered the fight.

    The only thing I am curious about is how many of the Hopkins' supporters will become Stevenson fans by proxy after Kovalev stops Hopkins?

    His last fight.

    I know you can't judge someone's entire body of work by their last fight, but something I saw made me think he isn't entirely confident.

    I think if Hopkins can frustrate him, that Hopkins will get in control and make Kovalev doubt his ability to win.

    It's Hopkins MO. He did it to Pavlik, Cloud, Pascal, Oscar, Trinidad...etc, etc.

    It takes enormous will power to beat Hopkins.
